Safety & Trust Hub

How we protect our student community every day.

Secure Escrow Payments

Never worry about getting scammed. When you hire a helper, your payment is held in a secure **StuCollab Escrow** account. The money is only released to the helper AFTER you confirm that you have received the work.

✓ Helper is motivated to deliver quality work.
✓ Your money remains yours until you are satisfied.

Physical Handover Security

For physical items like records or notes, we use a unique **4-digit Security PIN** and a **Safe Location Pin.**

  • The Security PIN: Only give the PIN once you've received your item in-hand.
  • Campus Spots: Use our "Quick Pin" feature to select safe, known points like the Canteen or Library.
  • Non-Campus Safety: If you are meeting outside a campus (e.g., at home or in the city), **ONLY** meet in busy, well-lit, and public spaces such as station entrances, cafes, or public parks.

🚨 Safety Policy: Never invite a stranger into your private home or hostel room. Always set your "Meetup Pin" in a public area.
