1. The Student Community Agreement

By using StuCollab, you are joining a peer-to-peer student support community. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

Key Point: You must be a verified student or academic participant to use the full features of this community hub.

2. Escrow & Payments

StuCollab uses a secure Escrow system. When a "Poster" hires a "Helper," the funds are held by StuCollab. Funds are only released when:

  • The Poster explicitly approves the work.
  • A Dispute is resolved in favor of the Helper.
  • A physical handover PIN is correctly entered by the Helper.

3. Academic Integrity & Honor Code

StuCollab is a tool for student-to-student support. We strictly prohibit any activity that violates university policies or Indian Law, including:

  • Requesting or providing live support during graded exams or tests.
  • Directly completing assessments for submission as your own work.
  • Impersonation: Posting content that impersonates another person or entity.
  • Harmful Content: Content that is pedophilic, invasive of privacy, or racially/ethnically objectionable.
  • Misinformation: Information that is patently false or misleading.
  • Security: Content that threatens the unity, integrity, defense, or sovereignty of India.

4. Liability & Offline Meetings

StuCollab is a technology facilitator connecting students. We are not responsible for, and provide no warranties regarding, the conduct of users during real-world meetups.

Liability Waiver: By using our location features to arrange physical handovers, you acknowledge that you meet other users at your own risk. StuCollab is not liable for any loss, damage, or incident occurring during physical interactions.
